The insert for the LP version contains the lyrics to Tour Song, even though the song isn't on the album.
All CD copies of Bivouac include the songs from the Chesterfield King 12"; the song order is also slightly modified in addition to the extra songs. The song Bivouac is also an extended mix, which continues for a few minutes longer than the LP version.
